Contact: info@valancapital.com. These terms govern your use of this public, informational website. By using it you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
Valan Capital Group LLC provides marketing consulting: marketing strategy, brand positioning, campaign and content planning, and review of existing marketing activity. "Capital" is part of the company's legal name. We do not provide investment management, financial, securities, wealth-management, tax or legal advice, and nothing on this site should be read as such.
Enquiries are not orders
Sending a message through the contact form or by email does not create a contract, an order or an obligation for either side, and it does not oblige us to accept an engagement. Any engagement is governed by a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, client responsibilities, timing, fees, payment conditions and cancellation terms before work starts. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement prevails for that engagement.
Fees and payments
This website shows no prices and does not accept payments, card details or subscriptions. Fees are agreed only in writing, in the proposal for each engagement.
Cancellation and refunds
Because nothing is sold through this website, there is nothing to cancel or refund here. Cancellation and refund terms for an engagement are set in its written agreement. See the Cancellation and Refund Information page for how this works.
No guaranteed results
Our recommendations are professional opinions based on the information available to us. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, advertising returns, search positions or any other business result, because those depend on your offer, market, budget, execution and on third-party platforms outside our control. Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully, to give accurate information when you contact us, not to interfere with its security or operation, not to send malicious code or automated mass requests, and not to send information you have no right to share.
Intellectual property
The text, the VALAN name and logo, graphics, images and code of this site belong to Valan Capital Group LLC or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or sell a substantial part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission. Rights in work delivered under an engagement are set in that engagement's agreement.

Qué hacemos
Valan Capital Group LLC presta servicios de consultoría de marketing: estrategia de marketing, posicionamiento de marca, planificación de campañas y contenido, y revisión de la actividad de marketing existente. "Capital" forma parte de la denominación legal de la empresa. No prestamos gestión de inversiones ni asesoramiento financiero, bursátil, patrimonial, fiscal o jurídico, y nada en esta web debe entenderse como tal.
Una consulta no es un pedido
Enviar un mensaje por el formulario o por email no crea un contrato, un pedido ni ninguna obligación para ninguna de las partes, y no nos obliga a aceptar un encargo. Todo encargo se rige por una propuesta o contrato por escrito que fija, antes de empezar, el alcance, los entregables, las responsabilidades del cliente, los plazos, los honorarios, las condiciones de pago y las de cancelación. Si ese contrato y estos términos difieren, prevalece el contrato para ese encargo.
Honorarios y pagos
Esta web no muestra precios ni acepta pagos, datos de tarjeta o suscripciones. Los honorarios se acuerdan solo por escrito, en la propuesta de cada encargo.
